Job Description
Own the end-to-end P&L; and overall performance of the Knee category.
Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth, profitability and market share.
Create and implement the commercial roadmap for the Knee portfolio.
Lead forecasting, production planning and inventory management to ensure seamless product availability.
Manage pricing strategies, margin optimisation and commercial agreements across key customer segments.
Partner with Sales Leaders to achieve category revenue and profitability objectives.
Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors and strategic accounts.
Conduct market analysis,



competitor assessments and portfolio reviews to identify growth opportunities.
Drive product training initiatives, workshops, CMEs and educational programmes.
Identify portfolio gaps and recommend new products and market expansion opportunities.
Lead, mentor and develop category teams while driving a culture of performance and accountability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of category initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
Graduate with an MBA in Healthcare Management, Sales or a related discipline.
Robust experience in the Orthopaedics, Knee Reconstruction or Medical Devices industry.
Demonstrated success managing a product category or business segment with P&L; responsibility.
Deep understanding of Knee implants, instrumentation and market dynamics.
Expertise in business planning, forecasting, inventory management and pricing strategy.
