YOUR MISSION
100 Franchise Businesses in 12 Months – PAN INDIA
You will own the complete franchise expansion funnel—from lead generation, partner acquisition, negotiations and closure to onboarding and successful launch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive the 100-in-12 expansion target with monthly, weekly and daily milestones
Identify and acquire franchise partners across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle—from lead generation to agreement signing
Build a solid franchise pipeline with minimal dependency on inbound leads
Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify high-potential locations
Onboard current franchise partners and ensure successful launches
Provide franchisees with training, curriculum, technology and marketing support
Monitor franchisee KPIs and drive MoM & QoQ business growth and profitability
Maintain strong franchisee relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention
Maintain complete CRM discipline and track every lead, meeting and follow-up
