KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate recent B2B leads and business opportunities
Identify target companies, industries and decision-makers
Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and follow-ups
Qualify prospects and understand their business requirements
Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions
Present AI, SaaS and technology solutions to prospects
Schedule and conduct product/service demos
Manage leads and opportunities throughout the sales pipeline
Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations
Handle negotiations and work toward successful deal closure
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing prospects
Maintain accurate CRM/sales pipeline records
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution discussions
Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams
Track opportunities, follow-ups and sales activities
Develop recent accounts and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Attend customer/client meetings when required
Participate in business meetings, presentations and sales discussions
Monitor market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities
Support customer onboarding and maintain post-sales relationships
Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and sales processes
