The IT Engineer will play a key role in implementing and managing usages for the ICE (File and Message Hub) platform. ICE is a centralized hub dedicated to the publish/subscribe pattern, facilitating data exchange through messaging (MQ Series) and file transfers (CFT) for French-speaking IT teams across various business areas.
The primary objective of this role is to manage /"client/" requests—originating from various client projects—to implement or update new and existing flows. This involves the end-to-end configuration of flows across Development, UAT, and Production environments. We are seeking a rigorous skilled with a solid client-oriented mindset and native or professional fluency in French.
Job Responsibilities
Technical Implementation: Design, develop, test, and deploy new ICE configurations across multiple environments (Dev, UAT, and Production).
Support & Maintenance: Manage bugs and incidents during the build phase and provide support during the guarantee period.
Client Engagement: Handle client requests, participate in the estimation/quotation process, and collaborate with squads to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Agile Participation: Actively contribute to agile rituals, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize technical activities and processes.
Required Education, Skills, AND Experience (MUST‑HAVE)
Education: Master’s degree or equivalent skilled qualification.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT engineering or systems configuration.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CFT (Cross File Transfer).
Robust working knowledge of Linux environments.
