Job Description
Lead the HRBP and Talent Acquisition agenda for Frontline Sales functions across multiple geographies.
Partner with senior business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives.
Oversee large-scale recruitment operations to attract and retain high-performing sales talent.
Analyse people metrics and workforce data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Champion employee engagement, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.

The Successful Applicant




Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Human Resources preferred.
Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition leadership roles.
Proven track record of supporting large frontline sales organisations.
Robust stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
Experience in high-growth, consumer, fintech, telecom, BFSI, retail, or technology-led environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills.
