Job Purpose

The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, acquiring new clients and driving revenue through the sale of broking and financial products.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

/n

/n
Generate recent leads through personal networks, referrals, market contacts, cold calling, digital leads and business development activities.
/n
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
/n
Identify and approach potential HNI, UHNI and affluent clients.
/n
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into active clients.
/n
Develop new sources and channels for continuous lead generation.
/n
Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
/n
Maintain accurate lead records and track prospects through the complete sales cycle.
/n
Consistently meet monthly lead-generation, conversion and acquisition targets.
/n

Product Sales

/n

/n
Sell equity, broking, bonds, fixed income,



structured products and other financial products.
/n
Identify client requirements and present relevant products.
/n
Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.
/n

/n

Business Development & Revenue

/n

/n
Achieve assigned sales, brokerage and revenue targets.
/n
Expand the client base and identify current business opportunities.
/n
Maintain regular client engagement to generate repeat and referral business.
/n

/n

Coordination & Compliance

/n

/n
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and activation.
/n
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
/n

/n

Experience

/n

/n
6–8 years of experience in stock broking, capital markets or financial services sales.
/n
Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and revenue generation.
/n
HNI/UHNI client network will be an advantage.
/n
