Job Description
As a Luxury Sales Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNI clients, ensuring outstanding customer engagement while identifying and converting revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and nurturing relationships with HNI clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Acting as the central coordination point between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Driving upselling and cross-selling prospects across the existing client portfolio.
Building and strengthening referral and acquisition channels, including Family Offices, Wealth Managers, and premium networks.
Recommending tailored solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.




Managing opportunities from identification through to successful closure.
Leveraging CRM tools and data analytics to identify high-potential customers and revenue opportunities.
Analysing customer behaviour, pipeline performance, and market trends to drive business outcomes.Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with internal processes and pricing guidelines.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership teams to support strategic initiatives.
