About the Role

Graduate in any stream. PG in Mass Communication is preferred
/n
Positive verbal and written communication. Kannada language is must.
/n
Should have handled Liaisoning and Public Relation activities successfully
/n
Should have very positive coordination skills and negotiation skills
/n
Should have procedural knowledge of Govt agencies
/n

/n

Should be well aware of current affairs and political scenario

/n

Work Location : Dombrahalli Mines, Koppal

/n

Responsibilities

/n

/n
Liaison with Police, Revenue, Department of Mines & Geology, Irrigation & water resource, Dist. Administration, Forest department and other government agencies etc for obtaining licenses, statutory clearances, permits, C&D; land etc., matters.
/n
Adhere to all statutory compliance and Returns - Revenue, DMG, Forest, RTO Departments, Property Tax with local authorities viz: Municipality/Grama Panchayats etc.,
/n
Land Acquisition – KIADB, Permission U/s 109, Conversion, Khata, Planning, Survey etc.,
/n




Liaisoning/Coordination with local leaders including MLA & MP, villagers/ land loosers /land owners etc.,
/n
Handling local issues & grievances.
/n
Drafting suitable applications/letters and replies to submit to appropriate authorities.
/n
Create an effective network at district level to understand the setting and suggest immediate corrective steps.
/n
Ensure co-ordination with other departments and provide them timely support.
/n
Representing the company in public hearings.
/n
Effective Coordination with Legal department and Panel Advocates for title due diligence, facilitating documents in time bound manner.
/n
Review & coordination with Security section & taking initiatives in this area to build strong relation between the management & security.
/n
Interacting with all levels of employees to understand and improve the organization culture.
/n
Maintain cordial relationship with Media & Press to increase our organizational
