CADOpt Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic CAE Sales Engineer / Business Development skilled to drive sales of CAE, Simulation Software, and Engineering Solutions.

/n

The ideal candidate should have experience in selling CAE / Simulation / Engineering Software or related technical solutions and a solid understanding of B2B sales. Experience with any leading simulation software such as Cadence, ANSYS, Altair, Siemens, Hexagon, MSC, Dassault Systèmes, or similar platforms will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for CAE, Simulation Software, and Engineering Solutions.
/n
Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.
/n
Understand customer engineering and simulation requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
/n
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales prospects.
/n
Conduct customer visits, meetings, presentations, product discussions, and regular follow-ups.
/n




Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams for software demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution proposals.
/n
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
/n
Develop existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
/n
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
/n
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and industry events to generate business opportunities.
/n
Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity information in CRM systems.
/n
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
/n
Support preparation and submission of quotations, commercial proposals, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and bids.
/n
Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Application Engineering, and Management teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
