Job Summary

/n

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations across Ridhira Group entities. The role will be responsible for accounting entries, accounts payable, invoice verification, reconciliations, documentation, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
/n
Process and verify vendor invoices, bills, purchase invoices, and expense claims.
/n
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including vendor ledger scrutiny and payment documentation.
/n
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
/n
Record receipts, payments, journal entries, and other accounting transactions.
/n
Maintain proper supporting documents for all financial transactions.
/n
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
/n




Support monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
/n
Assist auditors during internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and schedules.
/n
Maintain and update accounting records across multiple group entities.
/n
Identify discrepancies in invoices, ledgers, and supporting documents and coordinate for resolution.
/n
Work closely with procurement, HR, operations, and other departments for finance-related requirements.
/n
Ensure timely filing and maintenance of accounting documents and records.
/n

Required Skills

/n

/n
Valuable knowledge of Accounts Payable, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
/n
Working knowledge of Tally and/or Zoho Books.
/n
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
/n
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
/n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
/n
Good coordination and communication skills.
/n
Ability to manage multiple entities and accounting transactions.
/n
