Job Description
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
Administer mailboxes, distribution groups, licensing, mail flow rules, and identity management.
Configure and maintain MFA, Conditional Access, retention policies, DLP, and eDiscovery features.
Support Google Workspace administration, Gmail routing, Google Vault, and SSO integrations.
Manage enterprise email security solutions, including anti-spam, anti-phishing, and malware protection.
Configure and monitor SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, and email authentication mechanisms.
Administer email journaling, archiving, legal hold, compliance, and audit requirements.
Manage SMTP relay environments,



troubleshoot email delivery issues, and support application-generated messaging services.

The Successful Applicant

Experience
4 to 6 years of experience in IT support with a focus on enterprise messaging and email systems.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace administration.
Experience with email security gateways, email archiving, and compliance solutions.

Technical Skills
Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access.
Google Workspace and Google Vault administration.
Email security technologies including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, anti-spam, and anti-phishing controls.
SMTP relay platforms and transactional email infrastructure.
Robust understanding of SMTP, IMAP, POP3, MAPI, DNS, and MX records.
Experience with eDiscovery, retention policies, journal
