Job Description

Reporting to the head of supply chain you will:
Own and govern the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process.
Lead monthly Demand Review, Supply Review, Inventory Review, Financial Reconciliation, and Executive IBP meetings.
Ensure alignment between operational plans and financial commitments.
Develop and continuously improve IBP governance, policies, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop a consensus demand plan.
Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to balance demand with production capabilities and inventory targets.
Identify supply risks, capacity constraints, and mitigation plans.




Drive inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining customer service levels.
Monitor key KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Bias, OTIF, Inventory Turns, Fill Rate, Working Capital, and Service Levels.
Conduct scenario modeling and what-if analysis for business decisions.

Robust understanding of integrated business planning (IBP) processes.
Valuable communication and presentation abilities.
