Role Description
This is a full time, in office role for a Travel Sales Executive based in Navi Mumbai.
The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for handling travel-related sales enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and delivering customized travel solutions.
The role involves selling holiday packages, hotels, flights, ferries, and ensuring excellent pre- and post-sales customer support. The position requires hands-on experience in the Tour & Travel industry and the ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities




• Handle inbound and outbound travel sales leads and convert them into bookings.
• Design and sell customized holiday packages
• Prepare itineraries, quotations, and costings as per client requirements.
• Coordinate hotel, flight, transport, ferry, and activity bookings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
• Update and manage bookings and customer details in CRM systems.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Mandatory: Prior experience in the Tour & Travel Industry (Travel Agency, OTA, DMC, or Hospitality Sales).
• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in travel sales.
• Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, itineraries, and booking processes.
