Job Title: MES Implementation Engineer

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Engineer to manage the end-to-end delivery of MES, LIMS, or similar manufacturing software solutions. The role involves customer engagement, implementation, solution configuration, EBR, project coordination, user training, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Own implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide implementation guidance.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams.
Manage project timelines, testing, user training, and deployment.
Ensure successful customer adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements
5 Years of experience implementing MES, LIMS, QMS, EBR, or similar manufacturing solutions.
Experience working with manufacturing or regulated industries.
Valuable understanding of OEE, GMP, ALCOA+, and manufacturing processes.
Robust communication, customer engagement, and project coordination skills.
Willingness to travel for customer implementations when required.
Valuable to have Japanese speaking skills
