What you will be working on:
Serving as the strategic right hand to the Director, bridging executive administration with hands-on business growth and operations.
Managing executive calendars, email triaging, daily priorities, calls, and high-level stakeholder meetings.
Preparing executive meeting packs, taking detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and tracking action item closure across internal teams.
Drafting formal business correspondence, client service agreements, proposals, and handling sensitive organizational data with strict discretion.




Maintaining the enterprise CRM and pipeline tracking for corporate IT staffing accounts and enterprise leads.
Conducting prospect research on target accounts, mapping key enterprise decision-makers (CTOs, HR Heads, Delivery Leads), and analyzing hiring trends.
Supporting client engagement by scheduling discovery calls, preparing tailored pitch decks, and driving active deal follow-ups.
Managing end-to-end domestic travel logistics (flights, hotels, itineraries) and tracking travel expenses.
Accompanying the Director on domestic business trips (20–30% travel) and managing on-site logistics for physical client meetings and recruitment drives (e.g., Kolkata, Hyderabad).

What we are looking for:
2 to 5 years of solid experience in Executive Assistance, Founder’s Office, Business Operations, or B2B Client Coordination (experience in IT services or recruitment is a robust plus).
