At the core of our technology are domain-trained Large Language Models built specifically for investment and sustainability, combined with agentic AI, automation, data, and deep domain expertise. Our products are designed to solve complex workflows across financial institutions, investment firms, enterprises, and skilled-services organizations.
We have built and validated the technology. Now we're looking to build a significant presence in the US market.
We are looking for a US-based GTM Co-Founder to take ownership of that journey.
The Chance
You'll work directly with the founder to build the US commercial engine from the ground up, identifying the right markets, opening doors for Vaia, winning customers, developing partnerships, and ultimately building the US GTM strategy.
You will have meaningful ownership in the company and the prospect to become a core part of the leadership team.
What You'll Own
• Build and execute our US go-to-market strategy
• Define and continuously refine our ICP, target segments, positioning, and outreach
• Identify and develop relationships with C-level executives, investment professionals, financial institutions, and enterprise decision-makers
• Generate and close the first wave of US customers
• Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
• Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships
• Identify opportunities for our AI products and advisory offerings
• Work closely with the founder, product, and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product direction
• Develop the initial US sales process, playbooks, pricing strategy, and commercial infrastructure
• Represent the company at relevant industry
