SALES AND GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE-

ABOUT THE ROLE-
We are looking for a proactive and guest-focused Sales & Guest Relations Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for managing guest interactions, understanding their requirements, creating opportunities for additional sales, and ensuring a smooth and memorable guest experience. Upselling of add-ons, experiences and services will be a key responsibility of this role, with a solid focus on identifying opportunities and driving additional revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
• Manage guest interactions before, during and after their stay, ensuring a smooth and personalised guest experience.
• Proactively upsell add-ons, experiences, activities, meals, décor and other services based on guest requirements and preferences.
• Handle guest enquiries and follow-ups, and convert relevant prospects into confirmed sales.
• Coordinate and organise small-scale events and celebrations,



including birthdays, anniversaries, private gatherings and other special occasions.
• Coordinate with property teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure all guest and event requirements are executed smoothly.
• Visit properties/sites on a need basis for on-ground event execution and guest handling.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience while ensuring all commitments made to guests are followed through.
• Maintain records of guest enquiries, event requirements, follow-ups and upselling opportunities, and share relevant updates with the team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR-
• Prior experience in the hospitality sector is mandatory.
• Prior experience in upselling products, services, experiences or add-ons is mandatory.
• Experience in organizing or coordinating events.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, guest relations, sales, events or a related role.
