About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting function of our growing electric vehicle manufacturing business.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior management team as a finance business partner, providing accurate financial insights, managing accounting and taxation, controlling costs, monitoring working capital and supporting strategic business decisions.

The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in GST, taxation, accounting, inventory, budgeting, MIS,



financial reporting and cash-flow management, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & MIS
Lead the finance and accounting function of the organization.
Prepare and present monthly MIS and financial reports to senior management.
Develop financial forecasts, budgets and business plans.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
Provide management with actionable financial insights for business decisions.
Monitor profitability, margins, expenses and overall financial performance.

Accounting & Compliance
Oversee complete accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely books of accounts.
Manage GST compliance, including returns, reconciliations and related matters.
Coordinate preparation and filing of income-tax and other statutory returns.
Handle statutory, internal and tax audit
