Your tasks

• Responsible for customer relationship with 2 Wheeler OEM’s space in India leading to current business acquisitions.

• Establish and develop long-lasting, reliable customer relationships with decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions.

• Checking contracts and documents (orders, purchasing and warranty conditions), analyzing the deviations from existing agreements, evaluating the changes and developing a statement in cooperation with other specialist functions, negotiating with customers.

• Independent coordination and presentation of the annual acquisition, sales and turnover as well as competition planning for the customer account.

• Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product business units.





• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction; analysis of feedback, definition of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness (“Customer Coordinator/Customer Satisfaction Coordinator”).

• Coordination of sales activities with international characteristics and higher complexity (e.g. number of locations, product variety).

• Preparation of offers in the assigned product area based on customer inquiries.

• Presentation and negotiation of the offers with the customer within the scope of the negotiation scope defined in advance.

• Review of contracts and documents (orders, purchase and warranty conditions) as well as analysis of deviations from existing agreements, evaluation of the changes and preparation of a statement.

Your Profile

• Bachelor of Engineering from a reputed college/university. Degree in business administration will be added advantage.
