Role MissionThe Manager / Senior Manager – Customer Success & Investor Experience will own the non-investment investor experience across the relationship lifecycle — from onboarding and service interactions to celebrations, events and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities• Own the end-to-end investor experience across the relationship lifecycle.
• Build warm, qualified and trusted relationships with investors and their families.




• Design and manage a polished investor onboarding and welcome journey.
• Ensure service requests, documentation and other requirements are handled accurately and within defined TATs.
• Take ownership of escalated concerns and coordinate effective service recovery.
• Proactively engage with investors and maintain consistent relationship communication.
• Maintain investor preferences, relationship history, milestones and follow-ups for personalised engagement.
• Plan and execute birthday, anniversary and milestone celebrations.
• Conceptualise and manage investor meets, annual gatherings, educational sessions and appreciation events.
• Coordinate office celebrations, annual events, team experiences, trips and approved off-sites.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for investors visiting the office.
• Develop feedback, satisfaction and NPS-style mechanisms to identify service improv
