About the RoleBeyond Mentor is looking for an experienced Senior Career Counsellor to provide career counselling and higher education guidance to students in Grades 10–12, while also guiding the Junior Counsellor handling Grades 8–9.

Key Responsibilities• Conduct one-to-one career counselling for Grades 10–12.
• Interpret psychometric assessments and provide career recommendations.
• Develop and review Personalised Career Action Plans (PCAPs).
• Guide students on subject choices, career pathways and entrance examinations.
• Provide domestic and international higher education and university guidance.
• Support university/course shortlisting, admissions, scholarships, SOPs and interview preparation.




• Conduct parent counselling and school stakeholder sessions.
• Handle complex student and parent counselling cases.
• Mentor the Junior Counsellor and ensure counselling quality.
• Maintain counselling records, follow-ups and reports.

Requirements• Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Career Counselling or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant career counselling experience preferred.
• Experience working with Grades 10–12.
• International university admissions experience is required.
• Knowledge of psychometric assessments and parent counselling preferred.
• Solid communication, counselling and stakeholder management skills.
