Sales & Growth Manager – B2B SaaS / Outbound Sales

Compensation: ₹70,000–₹90,000 per month fixed + performance-linked variable

Our platform provides practical, data-driven solutions for vineyards, orchards, field crops and horticulture, with a solid focus on regenerative agriculture.

We currently serve growers across Switzerland and are expanding into additional European markets.

This role works directly with the founder and gives you visibility across the entire business.

The Role

This is primarily a hands-on sales execution role.

Approximately 80% of your time will be spent on outbound sales,



lead follow-up and customer care, with the remaining 20% focused on marketing execution.

The sales strategy, campaign structure and core playbook already exist and have been tested. Your responsibility is to execute them consistently, canton by canton, manage every lead carefully, and improve results through disciplined follow-up.

You will own the top of the sales funnel for approximately 2,000 Swiss vineyard growers.

Our sales approach is educational rather than aggressive.

Growers are experts in their vineyards. We earn their attention by sharing practical information: what the data shows, what other growers are experiencing and what may be relevant as the season develops.

Your objective is to create enough interest and trust for qualified growers to agree to a meeting.
