About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Lead to drive recent client acquisition and revenue growth across global markets.
This is a hunter / new-business role focused exclusively on international markets, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition, and deal closure.

The role involves building relationships with international decision-makers and converting opportunities into IT services engagements, while identifying and developing opportunities for Dedicated Development Teams, ODCs, and GCCs.

Key Responsibilities:




• Identify and acquire new clients across international markets such as the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Singapore, and Australia.
• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and other channels.
• Build and manage a robust new-business sales pipeline.
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation → qualification → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure.
• Engage with CXOs, Founders, CTOs, CIOs, Product Heads, and Technology Leaders.
• Identify opportunities for IT Services, Dedicated Development Teams, ODCs, GCCs, and Staff Augmentation.
• Work with technical and leadership teams to develop relevant solutions, proposals, and commercials.
• Drive current business acquisition, project closures, and opportunities for long-term engagements with newly acquired clients.
• Own revenue targets, pipeline generation, forecasting, and CRM updates.
