Role Description: This full time Junior/Senior Architect role is an on-site position based in Pune City. The architect will participate in concept development, schematic and detailed design, and preparation of drawings and presentations for residential, institutional, commercial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with design leads, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and contractors,



and supporting project documentation and approvals. The role involves preparing construction details, reviewing site execution against design intent, and assisting with material selection and specification. The architect will also contribute to design reviews, ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, and support continuous improvement of internal design and documentation processes. Senior Architects should be able to lead the respective project teams to ensure that we adhere to project timelines and maintain the desired quality of work.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
