About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful joining.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
Post and manage job vacancies on platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and Apna.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Schedule interviews with the concerned department or management.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
Coordinate the offer letter and joining process.




Maintain daily recruitment reports and track hiring targets.
Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for future requirements.
Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements.
Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple candidates simultaneously.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Office and internet.
Knowledge of job portals will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with recruitment experience will be preferred.
