Senior HCM / SuccessFactors Workstream Lead – SAP S/4HANA
Role Overview

The Senior HCM / SuccessFactors Workstream Lead will provide functional leadership for the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors workstream within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation for an Aerospace & Defense (A&D;) customer.

The role will oversee the end-to-end HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solution, covering core HR, employee lifecycle, talent management and related HR processes, while ensuring seamless integration with S/4HANA, FI, EPPM, Manufacturing, MRO, MES/PEO and other SAP/non-SAP systems.

The Workstream Lead will be responsible for solution design, functional governance, team leadership, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization for the HCM/SF stream.
Key Responsibilities
HCM / SuccessFactors Solution Leadership
Own the end-to-end HCM / SuccessFactors functional solution and delivery.
Lead the HCM/SF functional team and coordinate activities across all relevant submodules.




Define and govern the solution aligned with SAP best practices and A&D; business requirements.
Lead Fit-to-Standard / Fit-to-Gap workshops and drive HR process harmonization.
Review and approve functional designs, configurations and key solution decisions.
Ensure effective integration between S/4HANA HCM and SuccessFactors.
Manage workstream risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
Ensure consistent HR processes across entities while addressing legitimate local requirements.
HCM / SuccessFactors Submodule Oversight

Provide functional leadership across relevant areas, including:
SAP HCM / Core HR
Organizational Management (OM)
Personnel Administration (PA)
Employee lifecycle management
Position and organizational structures
Personnel actions
Time Management / Time Evaluation
Attendance and absence management
Payroll, where applicable
Employee master data
HR reporting and analytics
SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite
Employee Central
