Title: Assistant Manager – F&B;
Business unit: Integrated Facilities Management
Reporting to: Workplace Site Lead
Key stakeholders: Client interface
Direct reports: Nil

Duties & responsibilities
Manage all F&B; and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Design exceptional menus,



purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
Lead team by training, and appraising talented personnel
Raise events tickets in Corrigo tool and maintain KPI’s
Define policies, and procedures related to cafeteria and events
Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership workplace with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Guest-oriented and service-minded.
To work with ground staff to make sure events are flawless
Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Approve all aspects before the day of the event.
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
