Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a energetic and driven Sales Manager to oversee our lead management and conversion operations. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our sales pipeline — from incoming lead tracking to final conversion — and play a key role in community outreach and business development.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Conversion
Monitor and manage all incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and walk-ins.
Set up and supervise the call center team to ensure timely follow-up and lead nurturing.
Track leads using our CRM software and generate weekly conversion reports.
Identify drop-offs and improve lead conversion processes.
Liaise with the Marketing Manager to align on campaigns and optimize lead quality.
CRM & Communication Oversight
Ensure accurate data entry and management in the CRM.
Develop and enforce SOPs for patient communication and follow-ups.
Monitor communication quality of the sales team/call center and provide training as needed.
Outreach & Local Business Development
Build referral networks with local doctors, clinics, and wellness centers.
Plan and execute local events, awareness programmes, health camps, and seminars.
Identify and pursue tie-ups with corporates, salons, gyms, and other relevant channels.
Reporting & Strategy
Provide regular performance updates to management.
Recommend improvements to sales strategy based on data and ground
