Own the overall Payments Technology strategy and roadmap.
Lead transformation of UPI, Cards, ATM and core payment platforms.
Build secure, scalable and resilient payment ecosystems.
Drive cloud, APIs, automation and platform modernization.
Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Risk and Operations teams.
Own delivery, platform stability and transformation outcomes.
Lead large engineering, architecture and support functions.
Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity and governance compliance.
Manage vendors, budgets, risks and strategic initiatives.
Drive innovation through AI, cloud and next-gen payment technologies

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:




Solid experience in payments technology within financial services.
Valuable understanding of retail banking and loan payment systems.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the payments space.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
