Job Description
Reporting to the MD you will:
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Establish service procedures, standards, and best practices.
Monitor service KPIs, equipment uptime, and customer satisfaction levels.
Support field service teams in resolving critical technical issues.
Act as the highest escalation point for technical issues.
Build robust relationships with key customers.
Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and warranty issues.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Address technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
Keep updated with industry trends and integrate best practices.
