Job Summary: We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end influencer and creator marketing strategy for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should bring robust experience in translating brand and business objectives into creator strategies, identifying the right creator mix, designing campaign frameworks, guiding briefing and activation, and measuring impact across awareness, engagement and conversion outcomes. The role requires robust stakeholder management, knowledge of social and creator ecosystems, and the ability to establish scalable governance and operating models across markets, agencies and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop influencer and creator marketing strategies aligned to brand, audience, campaign and business objectives
Define creator segmentation, selection criteria and portfolio mix based on audience relevance, platform fit, content quality and campaign goals
Lead end-to-end campaign planning across creator discovery, briefing, activation, content review, amplification, measurement and optimization




Establish governance frameworks covering creator onboarding, approvals, brand safety, disclosure, compliance and escalation requirements
Design integrated influencer programs across major social platforms and connect creator activity with broader social, content and paid-media plans
Shape paid amplification and creator-content reuse approaches to extend reach and improve campaign efficiency
Use social listening, audience insights and performance data to identify creator trends, cultural moments and engagement prospects
Define KPI and measurement frameworks across reach, engagement, quality interactions, traffic, conversions, earned value and campaign efficiency
Drive regular campaign and portfolio reviews and translate performance into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
Partner with social, creative, media, analytics, legal and brand teams to ensure cohesive and comp
