Role Summary

The Life Sciences Salesforce Marketing Senior Manager will work with leading Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and MedTech clients to shape and deliver Salesforce-enabled marketing transformation programs. The role requires robust Life Sciences industry understanding combined with functional expertise across the Salesforce marketing ecosystem and experience leading consulting engagements, client relationships and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Marketing Transformation
Lead marketing capability assessments, solution design and transformation roadmaps leveraging SFMC, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot/Account Engagement and Salesforce Loyalty.
Design solutions across omnichannel engagement, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, Next Best Action and campaign optimization.
Lead requirement gathering and design workshops and translate business requirements into functional blueprints and implementation roadmaps.
Identify opportunities to leverage Agentforce and GenAI within marketing and customer engagement processes.





Life Sciences Consulting
Apply solid understanding of Pharma/Life Sciences commercial and marketing processes, including HCP/patient engagement, omnichannel marketing and campaign operations.
Design marketing operating models, processes, governance and KPIs considering industry-specific regulatory and compliance requirements.
Connect Salesforce capabilities with the broader Life Sciences MarTech ecosystem, including platforms such as Veeva and Adobe.

Program & Client Leadership
Lead large Salesforce marketing engagements from strategy and solution design through implementation and value realization.
Manage senior client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams across marketing, technology, data and analytics.
Own program scope, timelines, resources, risks and overall delivery quality.
