TA Executive – Hiring Requirement
Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience: 7+ years
CTC Budget: Up to 12 LPA (Candidates with high ctc expectations are requested not to apply)

Industry : Candidates from Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, PR, Creative Agencies, or related industries
Key Responsibilities
Managed end-to-end recruitment and HR operations across multiple functions.
Sourced candidates through job portals, , employee referrals, and skilled networking.
Conducted candidate screening, interview scheduling and coordination, and offer management.
Collaborated closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintained recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and related documentation.
Ensured a seamless candidate experience and coordinated onboarding activities for current hires.
