The Role
We are looking for a Technical Manager -Sales & operations to drive business growth, act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and lead a small, high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Identify and win new customers across research institutes, biopharma, CDMOs, CROs and biotech startups
Develop business with biopharma and bioprocessing customers across upstream, downstream and QC functions
Grow revenue from existing accounts by mapping recent departments, applications and product needs
Own and deliver the revenue target for the territory and the team

Customer Management
Manage customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups from the office
Visit customer laboratories and facilities to engage scientists, process and QC teams, and procurement
Coordinate tenders, GeM orders, vendor registrations, deliveries and payment collections
