nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a passionate and empathetic Life Coach to serve as an in-school counsellor, anchoring Tieke's program within the school ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers and parents to support holistic student development — with a strong focus on students' physical, mental and emotional well-being.
nDeliverables

Lead and facilitate Tieke's character-building program within the schooln




Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for studentsn
Deliver engaging, classroom sessions on life skills, values and SELn
Use Tieke's AI platform to manage assessments, track student progress and generate insightsn
Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to integrate student well-being into daily school lifen
Maintain structured documentation, reports and progress trackingn
Engage with parents through regular updates, feedback sessions and discussionsn

nQualifications & Skills

M.Sc. in Psychologyn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and adolescentsn
Fluent in English and Tamil (preferred)n
Comfortable with digital tools and basic data/reporting systemsn

nPreferred Experience

n
1–3 years in school counselling, life skills education or student wellness rolesn
Freshers with a strong interest in school counselling are encouraged to applyn
