Role Description

Somaniply is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong exposure to the building-materials and interior-products industry.

The role will focus on developing relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants and project teams and generating business through specification and project sales.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders
Generate recent project opportunities and convert them into business
Present Somaniply products and solutions to architects and decision-makers
Work on product specification and project approvals
Track upcoming commercial, hospitality, institutional and projects
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
Coordinate internally for quotations, samples, technical requirements and order execution
Follow up consistently with clients throughout the sales cycle
Develop current accounts while maintaining relationships with existing customers
Achieve assigned business-development and sales targets
