Our Gurugram campus at Malibu Town is looking for a smart, qualified, and well-organised Front Office Executive / Receptionist / Admin Executive to manage the school reception and support day-to-day administrative operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an significant front-facing role. The selected candidate will often be the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, vendors, and callers, so we are looking for someone who communicates confidently, presents themselves professionally, stays organised, and can handle a busy school front office with warmth and efficiency.

Candidates with experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Admin Executive,



Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, School Receptionist, School Administrator, Admissions Coordinator, or Customer Service Executive are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the school reception/front desk professionally and efficiently
Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors, guests, and vendors
Answer incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and route calls to the right department
Handle parent queries and general school enquiries politely and accurately
Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front-office documentation
Coordinate with academic, administrative, and admissions teams for smooth daily operations
Support administrative work — documentation, data entry, filing, records, correspondence
Assist with admissions-related enquiries and parent coordination
Manage appointments, meetings, messages, and follow-ups
