Megha Bhansali Classes (MBC) is a Jaipur-based qualified education institute founded by CA & ACCA Megha Bhansali (ex-KPMG).
We specialise in ACCA, US CMA and ACCA-integrated B.Com programmes, with a strong focus on helping students build careers in global finance—not just explicit exams.
We are now expanding our India-wide online programmes, mock tests and skill-based finance courses, and are looking for an Admissions Lead who can take ownership of our admissions function.

The Role
This is a target-driven admissions + team leadership role.
You will be responsible for converting enquiries into admissions, maintaining a strong student counselling process, and eventually leading a team of counsellors.
What you'll own:
• Own the complete enquiry-to-admission journey — calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp follow-ups and counselling.
• Counsel students and parents on ACCA, US CMA, ACCA + B.Com and career pathways.
• Take ownership of monthly admission targets and conversion numbers.
• Follow up consistently with prospective students and ensure no serious lead is missed.

• Maintain 100% CRM/TeleCRM discipline — lead status, notes, follow-up tasks and next actions.
• Track fees, instalments and pending payments while ensuring a smooth admission experience.
• Identify reasons for drop-offs and work towards improving conversion and retention.
• Coordinate and participate in college seminars, school/college outreach and admission events.
• As the team grows, train, monitor and manage counsellors, review their performance and help them achieve targets.
• Share weekly admission numbers, pipeline updates and conversion insights with management.

What we're looking for
• 2+ years of experience in education counselling, admissions or sales.
• Robust track record of achieving sales/admission targets.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable speaking with both students and parents.
• Strong CRM/TeleCRM discipline and comfort working with numbers and dashboards.
