The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational and departmental goals. This role drives talent management, performance and culture, workforce planning, and compliance while leveraging data‑driven insights to support informed decision‑making. The HRBP plays a critical role in building organizational capability, fostering employee engagement, supporting change, and ensuring HR practices enable sustainable business performance.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and HR best practices.
• Experience in performance management, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and data‑driven decision‑making
