We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to drive the company’s digital customer acquisition and engagement strategy. The role will be responsible for driving traffic, customer acquisition, conversion, revenue and ROI across digital channels, with a robust focus on performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, content and other digital growth levers.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C businesses, with a proven track record of managing sizeable digital spends and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Pre-requisites for Consideration
• MBA/PGDM from a reputed B-School preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
• Experience in B2C businesses such as EdTech, HealthTech, Insurtech.
• Proven experience in managing SEO and SEM/paid search, along with other digital acquisition channels.
• Experience of managing sizeable digital marketing budgets with transparent ROI/revenue accountability.
• Experience in leading and managing a digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities




Digital Customer Acquisition
• Develop and execute the digital customer acquisition strategy across key digital touchpoints, including website, search, social media, content platforms, email and other relevant channels.
• Drive digital traffic, leads/customers, conversion and revenue across the acquisition funnel.
• Identify current digital channels, platforms and opportunities to expand customer acquisition.
Performance Marketing & ROI
• Lead performance marketing initiatives across paid search, social media, display, affiliate marketing, retargeting and other paid channels.
• Define channel-wise investment priorities, budgets, audience segments and performance benchmarks.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, CPL/CPA, conversion rates and revenue contribution to continuously improve marketing efficiency.
• Ensure effective allocation of digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
