The Food and Agri Business School (FABS), Sagar Group of Institutions, Hyderabad, invites applications from experienced and energetic Soft Skills Trainers for a visiting role focused on Pre-Placement Training (PPT) for PGDM students.

The selected trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering practical, industry-oriented training to enhance students' communication, interpersonal, behavioural, qualified and employability skills, thereby preparing them for recruitment processes across corporate, consulting, banking, financial services, FMCG, agribusiness, food and allied sectors.

The role requires a highly engaging facilitator who can combine conceptual inputs with caselets, simulations, role plays, group activities, mock interviews, presentations and assessment-based learning.

Profile of the Trainer

5+ years in soft-skills training, corporate training, employability training, personality development or placement training.
Candidates with solid industry experience and demonstrable expertise in delivering placement-oriented training may also be considered.
Experience in training MBA/PGDM students and preparing students for campus recruitment will be an advantage.
