We are looking for a Command Centre Executive to monitor and manage CCTV surveillance across our restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across outlets.
Identify and report security incidents, operational concerns and unusual activities.
Coordinate with outlet teams and management during incidents.
Maintain daily surveillance logs and incident reports.
Monitor staff, customer and operational areas as per company guidelines.
Escalate critical incidents to the concerned management team.
Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report technical issues.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring / Command Centre / Security Operations.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, retail or hospitality will be preferred.
Valuable observation and communication skills.
Comfortable working in shifts.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
