Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Specialize in recruiting for various positions, understanding the unique requirements and skills needed for success
• Utilize various recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms) to source and engage high-potential candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and assessment tests as needed,



ensuring that only the most qualified candidates proceed through the hiring process.
• Prepare and extend offer letters, manage negotiations, and ensure smooth communication between the candidate and internal stakeholders throughout the offer stage.
• Help maintain and build the company’s employer brand to attract top talent, ensuring the organization is perceived as an employer of choice.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in NON-tech Recruitment
• Deep understanding of recruitment challenges and strategies for success.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Solid sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
