Roles:
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the complete HR and administrative functions of the manufacturing plant, including manpower management, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day plant HR operations and employee-related activities.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding for plant requirements.
Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules, and employee records.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll processing and salary-related issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Factory Act, Contract Labour and other applicable compliances.
Coordinate with contractors regarding contractual manpower and statutory documentation.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism,



and employee relations.
Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and HR initiatives.
Assist in maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and plant documentation.
Coordinate with various departments regarding manpower availability and workforce requirements.
Support labour inspections, audits, and compliance documentation.
Handle general plant administration and HR-related activities as required.
