About the Company:

Career Lifting is seeking a dependable Customer Support Executive – Logistics to support shipment-related customer communication and coordination in Noida. The role contributes to a responsive service experience by ensuring that delivery concerns, pickup requests, delays, and order-status questions are handled accurately and followed through to closure. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external logistics stakeholders while meeting defined service-level and turnaround-time expectations.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to shipments, deliveries, pickups, delays, returns, and order status.
Track consignments and provide explicit, timely updates to customers.
Coordinate with operations, warehouses, transporters, delivery teams, and internal departments to resolve issues.
Manage complaints, follow up on pending or undelivered shipments, and escalate critical matters to the appropriate manager.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipment status,



complaints, and resolutions.
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules and communicate changes promptly.
Ensure complete issue closure while maintaining service quality and meeting customer service, SLA, and TAT targets.
Prepare basic reports on customer queries, complaints, and shipment issues.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Two to three years of experience in customer support, logistics, courier, transportation, e-commerce, or supply chain operations; freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Positive English and Hindi communication skills.
Comfort with MS Excel, email, and basic computer applications.
Strong follow-up, coordination, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously.

This is a full time, in-office opportunity based in Noida, offering a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month.
