Hiring: Service Executive

Location: Shivane, Pune Experience: 0–2 Years Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in Electrical or Electronics Preferred: Basic knowledge of Solar Systems Salary:
Fresher: 12,000–14,000 (In-hand)
Experienced: CTC as per experience and suitability
Job Responsibilities
Provide online technical support through portals/software.
Troubleshoot basic issues related to solar pumps, controllers, and related systems.
Coordinate with service centres, warehouse, site engineers, and internal teams.
Follow up on pending repairs, materials, and service complaints.
Maintain daily service reports, complaint records, and documentation.
Communicate with customers and farmers and provide basic system guidance.
Escalate complex technical issues to the senior technical team.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Time management and follow-up skills.
Basic reporting and documentation skills.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel for site work when required.
Ability to handle urgent breakdowns and work under pressure.
