Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager / Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate infrastructure projects related to ATM site builds and decommissions. The role requires robust project coordination skills along with a positive understanding of networking fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate ATM site build and decommissioning activities.
Work closely with internal teams, vendors, network teams and other stakeholders.
Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
Coordinate site readiness, hardware deployment, configuration and decommissioning activities.
Maintain project trackers, status reports and project documentation.
Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure activities are completed within the planned timelines.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate change requests and ensure proper implementation.




Support infrastructure teams in resolving project-related issues.
Ensure adherence to project processes and documentation standards.

Mandatory Skills:
5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management / Project Coordination.
Experience in infrastructure projects, preferably ATM / banking infrastructure.
Basic knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching.
Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of project tracking, reporting and documentation.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
