Position: Business Development Executive - B2B Sales

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 in fixed per month plus variable incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with solid B2B sales experience, preferably from Interior Design, Fit-Outs, Construction, Real Estate, or Corporate Sale and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and top-notch cold-calling experience, including engaging and influencing senior decision-makers of the company . You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Generate current business opportunities through B2B sales and networking.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

● Identify and acquire potential corporate clients.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.





● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

● Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

● Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and client requirements.

● Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports.

● Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

● Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.

● Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

● Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Excellent client relationship management abilities.

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

● Experience in Interior Design, Fit-Outs, Construction, Real Estate, or Corporate Sales will be preferred.
