Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to manage and coordinate MEP services for high-rise building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing MEP works at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP works for high-rise building projects.
Manage the execution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other MEP services.
Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Civil, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, and subcontractor teams.
Monitor site execution to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Ensure MEP works are completed within the approved project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors for technical requirements.
Monitor material requirements, procurement, delivery, and utilization at site.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, codes, and statutory requirements.




Review testing and commissioning activities and ensure proper handover of MEP systems.
Prepare and review progress reports, material statements, and other project-related documentation.
Lead and guide MEP engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.

Required Skills
Strong experience in MEP execution for high-rise building projects.
Good knowledge of electrical and building services.
Robust coordination and project management skills.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
Valuable knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Robust team management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and project stakeholders.
