Position : FACTORY MANAGER Qualification: Degree in Science / Food Science
Experience: Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in factory / production management. Robust experience in Seafood / Food Processing preferred. Salary : upto 12lacs per annum
Location: Aroor, Kerala Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall factory operations and production activities.
Take ownership of production planning, execution, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Manage production, processing, maintenance, quality, and support teams.
Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, utilities, and capacity.
Ensure achievement of production targets and timely delivery requirements.
Maintain high standards of quality, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
Identify and reduce production bottlenecks, wastage, downtime, and operational costs.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Coordinate effectively with procurement, quality, maintenance, logistics, and management.
